These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.polestarapps.com and the software applications offered on it, including Planova and other Polestar apps (together, the "Services"), provided by Polestar Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Who we are

Polestar Apps builds factory-floor software for apparel and leather-goods manufacturing and offers it as online subscriptions. Contact: harish.manmohan@gmail.com · Chennai 600127, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You sign in with Google or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for all activity in your account.
  • Each subscription belongs to a company workspace. The workspace owner (and admins they appoint) can invite and remove team members and manage payment.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, prices and payment

  • Each app is offered in versions (for example Explore, Evolve and Enterprise) with different limits and features, as listed on the app's page at the time of purchase.
  • Plans are prepaid, one-time payments for a fixed period (currently 3 months). There is no automatic renewal — you choose whether to renew.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • Upgrades: you can move to a higher version at any time. The unused value of your current plan is converted into extra days on the new version, so the new plan runs for the full period plus those credited days. The exact end date is shown before you pay.
  • Renewals: renewing the same version adds a full period after your current end date, so renewing early loses nothing.
  • Moving to a lower version is available once your current plan has ended.

4. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before buying.

5. When a plan ends, and deletion of data

  • We remind the workspace owner and admins by email and in the app before a plan ends.
  • When a plan ends, access to the app stops but your data is kept for 15 days. Renewing within those 15 days restores everything as it was.
  • If the plan is not renewed within 15 days of its end date, the workspace's data in that app is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please export anything you need (for example with the app's Excel export) before then.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and within your plan's limits.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services or other customers' data.
  • Do not resell or share access outside your company without our written permission.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into the Services (orders, lines, plans, production figures and so on). We use it only to run the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You give us permission to store, process and back it up for that purpose.

8. Our software

The Services, their design and code remain the property of Polestar Apps. Your plan gives your company a limited, non-transferable right to use them during the paid period.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what you paid for.

10. Limitation of liability

Planning results depend on the data you enter. To the extent permitted by law, Polestar Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or production, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan period in which the claim arose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used to harm the Services or others. You can stop using the Services at any time by not renewing your plan.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
